  • Immediately Start your preparation: 

Canadian Colleges & Universities always prefer a first-come-first-serve policy for the January intake. Therefore, if you want to apply for January 2023 intake to study in Canada, start your preparation for that immediately. You should always keep the deadlines and important dates in mind before applying so that you can apply accordingly. After that, you can shortlist the Colleges and Universities along with programs where you aspire to apply for admission.

  • Start Preparing for Exams 

You should start your preparation for the tests such as IELTS,TOEFL, SAT, GRE, and GMAT 2 months (in advance) as it is advised to opt for the tests according to your preferred program and University’s requirements. We advise you to pass that test before enrolling in that particular college or University, according to the program and University requirements, before August 2022. The results of these tests take 1-2 weeks to come out. So, you should have one month in the buffer when you take these tests because in case you get a result which is unexpected or not meeting the admission criteria, then you could give it another try in the meantime.

  • Submit the Application 

After shortlisting your preferred colleges, Universities and programs, submit your application which demonstrates what exactly makes you unique and talks about your skills. You can also take recommendation letters from your past work managers or the institutions from where you have pursued your previous studies. But, you should do it at least one month before the intake deadline date.

You can also start writing a Statement of purpose, which is an essay attached to your college application and tells why you are the most suitable candidate for that specific program or institution. Other than that, most importantly, keep checking the deadline dates on the websites of the colleges and universities where you are applying and apply for admission before that specific deadline date (e.g. January 2023 intake)

  • Acceptance letters 

After receiving your application, your University or college will communicate with you through emails, and we advise you to reply to those emails actively and immediately. After the University accepts your application or offer to attend, they will ask you to submit the non-refundable confirmation fee before your classes commence.

Subsequently, you can apply for the education loan once you receive an acceptance letter from the institution. Always remember that a few processes involved in that process take time.
