CBSE 12th Exam Question Pattern 2023

CBSE revived its regular exam pattern for class 12th for the academic year 2022-23. As per the latest CBSE class 12th examination pattern, it will conduct the board exams at the end of the (academic) year, as it did earlier.

CBSE Class 12th examination will be divided into two parts: Theory papers and internal
assessment

CBSE Class 12th theory papers will be conducted on 70 marks for subjects having practical examinations. English and Mathematics will be conducted on 100 marks each.
The time allotted to solve the question papers will be 3 hours.

It will consist of competency-based questions. There will be around 40% of such competency-based questions.

20% of the questions will be based upon MCQ.

 20% MCQs
 30% Competency-based questions
 50% Short answer/long answer questions
