First step

You can create an online profile in the Express Entry System after you have both the required documents.
Fourth Step

Fifth step
You need to wait until the Express Entry Pool lottery, which happens on a regular basis. Those ranked higher than a particular threshold are invited for PR.
Sixth step

Seventh step
