A Labour Market Impact Assessment is a document that a Canadian employer may require before hiring a foreign worker. An LMIA will demonstrate the need for a foreign worker. It will also demonstrate that no permanent resident is available for the position.

APPLY FOR A TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT











To be eligible for a temporary resident permit, your need to enter or remain in Canada must outweigh the health and safety risks to Canadian society, as determined by immigration officer.

You can apply to change your status to the visitor, but you will be unable to apply for a new study or work permit from within Canada once your current study or work permit expires.

RETURN TO SCHOOL


It is a viable option because students can enrol in a school by
completing an application form. When you are admitted to the school, you'll be given a
letter of acceptance. To have a Study permit, a Letter of Acceptance is mandatory.

It is the candidate's final option, and waiting for a better opportunity to come to Canada is preferable.
