The official organization in charge of giving out the TOEFL test scores is the Educational Testing Service, or ETS. The majority of American and international institutions accept the TOEFL score.

You must first be aware that anyone can take the TOEFL test (both TOEFL-IBT and TOEFL-PBT).You must have completed your 10+2 and your school must be a recognized Indian Board or University.
For admission acceptance at the majority of international universities, you must achieve a minimum TOEFL score cut-off, set by the university.
