What is the passing score for IELTS?

In the IELTS, there is no pass/fail. Your test results are given as band scores, with the lowest band score being 1.0 and the highest being 9.0, in half-band increments.
You will be given a listening, reading, writing, and speaking sectional band score as well as an overall band score.
The average of all four band scores, rounded to the nearest whole or half, determines the final band grade.
It weighs the four parts equally.
The IELTS partners recommend a 2-year validity period for IELTS test results based on the well-established theory of second language loss or "attrition," although it is up to each organization to determine a validity period that suits their needs.
